Fletcher Harper is a pioneer of the global multi-faith environmental movement, a leader of the faith-based fossil fuel divestment movement, an organizer of faith turnouts at major climate mobilizations, and a co-founder of Shine, an international campaign that supports women and community-led renewable energy access initiatives in Africa and India.

Since the mid-1990s, GreenFaith has been engaging on climate change with diverse religious and spiritual communities, first in the USA and now globally.

 

Rev. Fletcher Harper, GreenFaith Executive Director, will describe the evolution of GreenFaith's work into its present form as a worldwide, grassroots, activist community for climate justice.

 

Rev. Fletcher will share what GreenFaith is doing and why, underscoring the importance of more religious and spiritual people becoming involved.
